Conditions for Participation in the Academic Student Exchange Program:

• The student must have completed at least four regular semesters at Kuwait University and must have passed at least 60 credit hours. For graduate students, they must have completed at least two semesters at Kuwait University and must have passed at least 15 credit hours.
• The undergraduate student’s overall GPA must be at least 3.0 or its equivalent, while the graduate student's GPA must be at least 3.5. Students will be selected based on their overall GPA.
• The student must be enrolled at Kuwait University and must not have any disciplinary actions against them.
• Courses taken as part of the academic student exchange program must be included in the student's graduation transcript.
• The duration of study under the academic student exchange program must not exceed one full academic year (two regular semesters and a summer semester). For graduate students, the duration must not exceed one regular semester.
• After completing the academic student exchange program, the student must take at least 15 credit hours at Kuwait University. For graduate students, they must take at least 9 credit hours.
• The participating student must be proficient in the language of instruction at the host university or institution.
